To be part of the Blue Heart Care Group team, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Be a hard-working, reliable, and committed HCA or Support Worker
Hold a current and valid NMC registration.
Possess a minimum of 6 months’ post-registration experience working Have the right to work in the UK.
Hold a current DBS check – if needed, we can assist you through the fast-track E-bulk service.
Provide references from both current and previous places of work.
Demonstrate effective communication skills across all levels.
