About the Role

We are looking for Mental Health Support Workers who can deliver high-quality, individualised care and support to residents with a range of mental health conditions, including dementia. You will assist with personal care, emotional support, managing behaviours that challenge, and promoting safety and dignity.

Job Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum of 6 months paid experience in an acute mental health setting in the UK
• Proof of immunity to MMR, Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis and Varicella
• 3 checkable references
• Up-to-date training certificates
• PMVA training – BILD or GSA accredited (essential)
• A calm, professional, and empathetic approach to care
• A driving licence is desirable but not essential
