The Role: 

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Newport, providing specialised treatment and nursing care to individuals with degenerative neuropsychiatric conditions and Acquired Brain Injury. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Assisting residents with their personal care needs, promoting their dignity and independence 
  • Supporting residents with their rehabilitation goals and therapeutic activities 
  • Implementing care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and condition
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families 
  • Monitoring and documenting residents’ health and progress 
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and positive outcomes 
  • Adhering to the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality 

Job Requirements: 

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker in a care setting (minimum 6 months)
  • Right to work in the UK 
  • Enhanced DBS check 
  • Valid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
